30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all ColdHold purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
— The product must be in perfect, brand-new, unopened condition — The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged — The product must not have been used, worn, or altered in any way — The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
Items that have been opened, used, worn, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund. We inspect all returns upon receipt.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at info@coldholdco.com with the following:
— Your order number — The email address used at checkout — The reason for your return
We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and the return shipping address. Do not send your item back without contacting us first — unrequested returns may not be processed.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective product or the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@coldholdco.com. We will cover all return shipping costs and send you a replacement or full refund at no additional charge.
